Yesterday have a chat with the SEH SA.

1.) Phase 2 mostly will be launched after CNY. Indicative price for 20 x 70 DSL is ~ RM 550k. It is about 100k paper gain for the phase 1 20 x 70 owners, though they may be different in total build up, design and materials used. The 20 x 65 at the starting price of RM 408k shall serve as the legendary entry price for this mega township...    

2.) There will be 64 units of commercial shoplots beside the DSL, not sure the starting price yet, but should not less than RM 1.2 millon. I really hope some banks will occupy these units...   

3.) The will be a vacant land behind this commercial units, perhaps just fine for another hypermarket. Any suggestion?

4.) Tralas show houses are ready for viewing. There will be constantly some activities in the PARC during weekend until March 2014.

The fresh veggie given is chicory, yeah, very creative and complement with its Eco concept.

Lol, I am not quite sure the veggie comes from where, but the packing is nice, so presumably should be from hypermarket?
