but u should know this, good agents will breakdown the pricing for u before u ask for it.
for example if there's a need to charge u for sensitive items, they will put there + RM 20 (sensitive item)

actual initially i bought for to test the so called mechanical KB how good it was until i bought ducky shine2 for home usage.. now shine3 for office usage..
