oh thank,how about this
Razer Blackwidow Tournament RM 255
CORSAIR KEYBOARD WIRED RAPTOR K30 RM 235
what mean blk,brown,red,sil switch.noob here hmm.gif
*
as a common user as I am. Razer Blackwidow Tournament is very solid piece of hardware if you just want to have the mechanical keyboard. Down side is you can't modify as compared to other more 'professional' mech keyboard. Some sifu might have told you razer is #^^#^#^@%#%&@$. Well is true because they own very good kb. But as a non-hobbyist point of view, you can't go wrong with either of them.

I very recommend first time user get this because it is cheapest as price vs performance ratio. However you can top up another Rm50 to get a REAL mechanical keyboard - Ducky Zero Rm299.

Here's the comparision :

Razer Tournament :
Razer branded(Cool Green LED razer logo)
Software supported
Build quality is 7.5/10
Braided wire
Cheapest mechanical keyboard with solid 1 year warranty
Cool case included
Don't have numpad
Mat surface is a thumbs down as it have smudges after some time of abuse
Can't replace keycaps, majority can but it will look stupid.. ctrl alt and window can't be replaced
Only Blue Switch

Ducky Zero :
Ducky is one of the most preferred brand for mech keyboard
Full sized keyboard
Hassle free keyboard, plug and enjoy
Build quality 9/10
Customize the s**t out of it
Brown,Red,Black,Blue switches to choose
Rm300 for this is very good price
No fancy LED
Wire provided is not good, well you won't be pluging and unplugging all the time right? unless you buy it and play at CC

Hope it help, and welcome to the club rclxms.gif

Razer BW TE also no led what.  whistling.gif

Btw, there are cheaper and closer alternative, which is rosewill rk9000, come with 3 years warranty some more iinm.
*
Never use a rosewill keyboard, just have their headset which is pretty good too.. I'm just giving my opinion on what I've owned and used. I've typed on a rosewill rk9000, same feel as ducky zero, but ducky zero looks and type better imo. tongue.gif

aiya, Razer logo light up also no use 1.
Branding.
So, choose better quality product is still a wise choice.
Btw, my Razer mouse no light up logo.  smile.gif

sometimes full razer gear on your desk is pretty sick. very cool and nice looking.

like my desk with ducky shine 2, razer deathadder, rosewill 5.1 doesn't combo very well in terms of stylish.. but function wise is brows.gif good

razer product still ok la, don't say till so bad. just that with a little boost of money can get better, or same price can get a more functional product but sacrifice the design and cool looking factor.

Then I think it is either concern for battery life or they lazy to design a separate pcb above the empty space in between battery and logo.
*
I think most reasonable reason is the weight problem, larger battery = heavy mouse = not fun to use.. hence remove the huge led in the middle.

icon_idea.gif this, just done my payment to razer deathadder, esok receive my BLUE setup  cool2.gif just hope my items wont break up so fast... whistling.gif especially my mouse  doh.gif
*
Razer deathadder is by far the best price / performance mouse I ever used.. and I've used many gaming mouse. Solid, ergonomic, weight distribution is nice, the nice material they use is good(previously is either glossy or matt), now comes with both side heavy duty rubber grip, next is the Razer Naga Hex but I dislike the matt/glossy hence I get the deathadder, hope they change it in 2014 version or something.. tongue.gif

yours are 2013 version? mine 1 is.. 3.5G from https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...azer+deathadder hereĀ  nod.gif
*
yup mine is 2013 version with green led, and wow that price is good! nod.gif
sometimes I want to mod the green led to white, because it suit my whole set up which is white in colour.. but o well, used to opt for design, now opt for comfort and function.. haha can't risk to destroy my mouse because I'm bad as assemble back stuff.. tongue.gif

so its like ur black abs shining already but still got the legend there
to shine through.  Instead of coating like the ordinary one.
*
he said is double shot not sure is abs or pbt.. but based on the video is kinda sandy surface, which is what I'm looking for.. saw your GB, does the keycap shine though? well shine not shine is not important.. does it have sandy texture?
