I am help my uncle to troubleshoot his iPad.
he brought this unit last year and it works well initially. just recently when he upgraded to iOs7, Wifi cannot be connected to his router.

1. My iphone4 can scan the network without a problem.
2. iPad can scan for my iphone personal Hotspot if i turn it on. (this iPad only has Wifi, 3G not included)
3. updated iPad to latest iOs doesnt help.

Is there any other alternative way to troubleshoot?
i bet service person in apple store will just help me to restore iOs (of course this doesnt help), then he would send back to factory repair. problem is that this iPad is already out of warranty period.

this is software problem, maybe waiting for latest firmware to solve
