but kanvas is attractive due to low entry cost yet still upmarket feel
i guess i convinced them that worst case if rental play fails, living in a studio aint so bad
as im currently living in one, and had roommate even for the past year!

yeaps dont think skypark dream will materialize
its only hope is the mrt station, which begs the question why is the station built here?
surely pangea tamarind mmu area warrants it more simply due to high density of population served + access to university area
any protest/feedback being given to mrt corp?

shaftsbury nicely positioned as retail hub
dpulze being the first enty and doing well as a main mall
with current concept, tamarind looks to be a safer bet for standout/chic area
