Better dun sell any of ur guys 900sqft++ unit now....

4-5 years down the road it could be worth more than 1/2 million....

New launch in bukit jelutong 1000sqft they already wanna sell nothing less than rm600-700k and theres still some waterfish and overextended fella go buy it...

I think alot potential homeowners interested but if they work quite a distance away from cj, that will negate them away from buying at CJ...

I wouldnt wanna buy at the fringes southern of klang valley early in my career life...if suddenly i change company and workplace relocate to more northern part of klang valley that already give me a lot of hassle to go work...

Thats why a lot of ppl still traditionally prefers to buy in a more central location within klang valley area like puchong, shah alam, subang jaya, pj, damansara...

Service apartment utilities especially electricity rate is based on commercial and is much higher than residential rate condo/apartment...

As a result ur maintenance fee per sqft is gonna be slightly higher too due to lighting in common area is born by ur apt mgmt company/jmb

However if u dont mind and enjoy living whr below u is a lot of shop or mall like doulze, convenience then why not
