QUOTE(Latio @ Aug 5 2015, 03:19 PM) From the statament, Typical Malaysia style. Maximum rental for only 1 / 2 cases.“A 600 sq ft unit can command a rental of about RM1,400 per month. Units such as Gardenview Residence measuring 1,023 sq ft have been rented out at RM2,600 per month,” says Ahmad Khalif. 1. Percentage rented? 2. Average price? |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Aug 17 2015, 05:27 PM) 1). B-End tak boleh Harap. People compare Cyberjaya to semenyih, because they are Chinese.2). Silicon Valley is only a dream. 3). MNCs in cyber - don't put high hope. If more MNCs it's a bonus. 4). Spillover effect - cyber for own stay won't be attractive to puchong / SK / USJ ppl? House price is reasonable compare to their current place. Good for upgrading. 5). Infra - it's alr there. What else u want? 6). Amenities - d Pulze, IOI resort city mall, centrus 3, F&B all coming up more n more. Still not enough? 7). 20mins drive to Jln tun razak, 15 mins drive to bkt Jalil. Is it really a lot of time that 20mjns travel duration? Check it out yourself how many minutes u spent to go to office every day? 8). Don't always assume ppl buying in cyber must be working in cyber. I m from KLCC so as my gang, noblebaby, xyyap etc.. Working overseas but still prefer cyber. I wish Cyberjaya project will be more Affluent Bumi friendly |

Hi xyyap.
I want to get advice from you about cyberjaya I plan to invest in Cyberia unit (Cyberia Crescent, Cyberia Smarthomes etc) since the selling price still acceptable (ranging from 300k to 500k). My concern is about demand and rental price. There are many projects now. So is it many demand for those unit (expecting rental around 2k)? Thank you very much for your opinion and time. >>> U need good holding power, not easy to rent rm 2k. |

QUOTE(blowwater101 @ Nov 4 2015, 04:51 PM) No bro, merely bcos of job opportunity, if ur logic Is right then ppl who driving all the way to work in cyber should be vr high pay This is the problem of Malaysia government.and don't feel surprise, if we put KLCC/Intermark those top office space aside, PJ office rental is more expensive than KL city center also, based on the budget I worked for my ex co 2 years ago...KL have too many vacant office space but PJ/damansara not really... Got vision. Not focus. Can't implement. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Nov 5 2015, 02:36 PM) If they want to sell CCC well, connectivity is one of the key selling points. KL Sentral success due to transport hub.I am pretty confident HSR will be there! Also, I agree Garden Residences subsale unit (semi-D at Rm1.2mil / 1.3mil ) still got plenty of headroom to go up. Own stay meanwhile enjoying capital appreciation. GR > IOI Resort city mall is only 7 mins drive, 5 mins to future skypark, 5 mins to CCC! The pricing and location can never be wrong. CCC has to bang on HSR |
