I've never been to Mydin mall before. The only Mydin mall I know is in USJ. The others I saw is standalone, not a mall. The one in USJ looks not bad though from outside.

QUOTE(ims2628 @ Oct 3 2015, 01:57 PM) Wow so nearby my place 😍, but luckily it's not beside SH 😰 If between sejati and laman view I guess mostly people will use HP that road.. It's not a bottleneck area. So many ways to get there since cyberjaya land is in blocks with road surrounding each block. And the roads are well connected...easily can disperse traffic.Anyway, I actually doubt Mydin will build so soon. Few months back when I saw the map, I tried searching for news of Mydin expanding to Cyberjaya, but there's none. I found news of Mydin expanding in few locations around Malaysia, but not Cyberjaya. Bro Cabinda got internal news, so I hope it's true la. Good for residents, no need to travel far for hypermarket. |

To add on, I think the whole stretch of Areca, Tamarind Square, Pangaea, The Arc, Roppongi will be one of the high traffic area in Cyberjaya when it is fully developed and occupied.
The least traffic area will be at Perdana Lakeview and Cyber Heights. This post has been edited by thecaterpillar: Oct 3 2015, 02:32 PM |

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Oct 3 2015, 02:46 PM) For now maybe yes.. But when CCC up don't know what will happen, but don't worry, the tamarind square area will happen for next 10-15 yrs.. Coz I see CCC won't accomplish after 15 yrs... Skypark will face big challenge but hopefully they will have very super management, or else will be another one city mall.. In Sky Park thread someone mention AEON will be there. Unverified news k. If Aeon there then probably can survive. I went to One City once and will never go back again. I prefer Main Place as a neighbourhood mall. |

Holding power is the key, but if oversupply, disposing without profit is also a logical option. Cash is king in current market....

QUOTE(Loen @ Oct 5 2015, 08:22 PM) [attachmentid=5066869] Only new launch upward trend. But subsale showing stagnant price. Prolong and it could even be downward trend. Thus there's possibility u can get good bargain from newly VPed properties. Probably at the SPA price 3-4 years ago.Consumer sentiment is at 2008 low, stock market is coming down, property volume/transactions is trending down, developers are giving discounts/rebates and yet KV property prices are rising. What gives? |

If you pass thru both tolls it will cost RM2 (increase RM0.50) & RM3.50 (increase RM1.00). That's quite a lot if 2 trips a day, RM11 just for toll.

Since someone PM and request me to share the map, I would just share it here for the benefit of others.
It should be a clearer version than the previous map I shared. Anyway, the original map is A1 size and it covers Putrajaya, Serdang, Puchong, Bukit Jalil etc... of course the focus of development is only for Cyberjaya...thus, this picture is the best I could get to cover whole of Cyberjaya. Hopefully when you zoom in still can see the details. |
