MM2H will be interesting.

Lots of application from foreigners. Govt will lower the barrier.

Even Singaporeans are applying but most prefer Penang.

Last I know several land pieces with development order are now put up for sale.

Really need to ponder the word Cyber since it is no longer what the township stands for.
