Been hearing the proposed gov hospital would be at Roponggi recently. Got some news from one of the priperty agents, instead most likely infront of mutiara ville ( opposite ) , next to mct lake front project. Great boost for investment wing but surely packed over at that particular persiaran for ownstay

Insufficient funds. Read from news that MCT did some fund raising activity long ago, no more news after that. They might have sufficient funding to proceed with the construction already.

this CCC thing is tied to HSR. No HSR, no CCC.

There's still confirmed MRT2 station there. So even if no HSR, CCC will still be there.

Excellent connectivity is the key selling point of CCC - HSR, ERL, MRT, bus terminal (Ipoh / alor setar / JB / east coast....)

Uhmmm, please dont forget about dengkil area. but mostly those restaurant close very early... if better road connection provided to dengkil town and upscale the piece of land which like chinese new town. thumbs up. well, materialize and dream is different thing. Yet, job opporunity, banks etc.

Just saying that a lot can be built in Cyberjaya with 11 billion.

KLCC was built with ? billion.

KLIA was built with ? billion.

Putrajaya ? billion.

Dengkil is far away from cyber oredi. If count like this, sibehfar got equine park and puchong, all near near only.
