Found out from wikimapia that the public hospital is opposite Autoville, beside MutiaraVille.

shopping mall, school, hospital all are good but not at my door step too

I agree with Soros, I dont want it immediately beside my residence too....  it's just because the roads will be congested and probably noisy.

even there is sufficient parking lot in the mall or the car park rate is cheap, there still be lot of cars park along the road... why? u know la Malaysian....

this is true fr some but as previous example have proven whr those vry near mall n lrt command major premium in price n rental based on integrated concept.. Also easier to find tenants,  something tht even dpulze buyer can agree with..

Can't seem to find much progress updates on the construction of Union chinese school at Lake View? Anyone got any clue when is construction starting or when is the 1st intake expected?

Got a unit in Cyber completing in 2017 and looking to move in together with family but BUT But heavily dependant on this Chinese school. Got a kid due to enroll in standard one in 2018.

Got to scout for another place to call home if there is a prolong delay or uncertainty on this school.

With the new interchange built in SEG, there is another SRJK c in puchong that's 10mins drive away from SEG. Last check the school has 2000 students.

not that im aware of..dont think ive seen a notice which says no pets as well.

on and off i do see people walking their dogs there though..so should be ok

the putrajaya lake is next to perdana lakeview

and then someone will proposed to have one red zone park and green zone park... lol....

3 years can build 50 storeys building already. Lol. MCT still not a big boy in property industry yet.
