I think Dpulze tenant and crowd is better than many neighbourhood malls in KV. Look at Jaya Shopping Centre, the location right smack in PJ but quiet on weekends.

Found out from wikimapia that the public hospital is opposite Autoville, beside MutiaraVille.

More traffic will come via SSP2 also especially from Putra Perdana and surrounding residents.

But that will be good for Tamarind Square business....

Actually if it turns out to be like Putrajaya hospital, it's not bad at all....feels like private hospital but affordable for everyone.

And if hospital is bad, why agents/ developer will always highlight nearest hospital? To me, hospital is a plus point for the residents nearby. Everyone needs healthcare.

I agree with Soros, I dont want it immediately beside my residence too.... it's just because the roads will be congested and probably noisy.

The same for Putrajaya hospital. Parking not sufficient also. I think it's a common problem for all the medical centers. Private hospital also same problem.
