anyway i think the best is through books, if u really wants to read in depth about it. The closest i got to human psychology is through the subject human developement lol. I bought an text book on human developement. But of course it isnt about reading a person's behavior whatsoever. Its much more general stuff, covering human's psychology from childhood to teens to adult till death.

Maybe u should ask someone who took certain management line
