Is there any video player that can make the color encoding interchangeable between NTSC, PAL and SECAM??

No...
most of the video I watch is from Japan which using NTSC color encoding
when watching through my computer screen, the color doesn't looks like what it suppose to be

I try to change my DVD player to NTSC, and the color become better......
so, I just wondering is there any Video Player that can change the color encoding or not... tongue.gif

I using ATI Radeon 9250... can't find the adjustment in ATI control centre... sweat.gif

or rivatuner.

the ATI control centre have color adjustment, but didn't have what I want... sweat.gif
same goes to RivaTuner and ffdshow...

maybe what I asking for doesn't exist at all... anyway, thanks for you suggestion...
