Contact centre industry
Started off with 2.6K, increased to 2.8K, then jumped elsewhere for 3.3K, got an increment and it went to 3.8K, now gonna move elsewhere for 4.2K.
This is basic pay excluding any allowances.
Total number of years spent in the industry: 3 years + after graduation
Position level: Senior Exec
Education Level: Degree

Kind of feel like there's not much of a pay hike and I have been a senior executive for 2 years sad.gif I just wanna move up the ladder...Maybe it's time to ignore the pay and stay on at my next company for at least 4 years or so to move up the ladder...

We have the similar increment and background. I work my 3rd company in my 4th years and also plan to work in this company at least 3 or 4 years to get higher position before I think about jump ship again.
rclxms.gif Good luck to you

Job Title : Reservoir Simulation Engineer

Also I want to ask, what is the average savings for working adult under 30 years old in Malaysia? Want to review whether I'm on the right track, savings-wise. hmm.gif

My advise is 30% of your net salary should go to savings instead of a fixed amount. Reason is when you earn more, you will spend more, so you should save more in case of anything.

For me, my saving is 40% of my net salary. Let say RM2000.
RM1000 can be used for travel, buy furniture, buy smartphone, buy presents to family etc.
Another RM1000 will be used for investment or FD.

If i graduate degree with good CGPA, but if i have no experience will big companies or MNC still hire me? Or do I need to gain some experience in small companies first in order to be able to work in big companies/MNC?

Most of the big company or MNC hires fresh graduate every year so you can try to apply through their website.
