Hey guys, this is my first time posting here. I just start my new job today. Before this I had roughly 4 years experience in Documentation. First company that i join is Kencana  (that time still not merging with Sapura). Here my short chronology :-

1st - Kencana  - RM1200 (3 years experience)
2nd - Consultant company in KL - RM3200 (I know,from my last salary, its not reasonable i get this much increment ,but what can i say.At last there is company that appreciate my work lol) - 1 years 6 months
3rd - Client "M" company - RM3500 (6 month)
4rd - Korean Company - RM 5760 (now)

I hope my journey will inspired everyone especially for those who had only SPM and thinking they can`t success in future. Well, education is still number 1, but if you dont had chance to further your study, make sure you work smart. cheers.

Yup.. Totally agree!! BUT its not possible if you from process engineer, go to Bank. BECAUSE i did it and  no problem. WHAT you need is SKILL, KNOWLEDGE and HOW you win the interviewer. Plus is you got additional certificate that related to improve process such as ITIL, Six Sigma, PMO. I have it and now in Deployment Management. Manage People and handling project. 

Yup.. Its reality. SONY EMCS (M) Sdn Bhd at Bangi. Increment 3% P/Year, if promotion 6%. You can imagine, if your salary is RM3000, increment for that year maximum RM90. That why i leave SONY after 2 years working.

Now i working at Bank in Malaysia, got 4month bonus at least, yearly increment RM5++ (6-10%), my basic salary RM6000. Total Experience 5 years (2 year Sony, 3 years Bank).
