What kinda network engineer? Goyang kaki or firefighting type?

My seniors working more than 5 years are earning 8k RM onwards. More if they are specialized into a certain skillset. Most have CCNP (which is too common nowadays).

I think I'm doing just OK ... definitely more room for increment but not sure if I'd want to further enhance my current skillset (I'm doing Cisco tech mainly so CCIE is next) ... or just go all rounder and get certifications from other vendors.

Working environment is superb, colleagues are nice and supportive, my boss is just like a coach to me, motivating and guiding me in my career path.

I got huge exposure to people when doing projects.

I planned to take up WM SAP course, and looking forward to become a consultant to support and develop the warehouse management system.
Anyhow, still contradicting between the pay and the job I love doing, am I underpaid when compared to my job scope?
