Your basic look quite underpaid for someone with 14 years of experience.
Assuming that your fixed allowance is RM1.6k.
If you add up both with the flexibility to work from home, it sounds decent.
Being able to work from home sure sound cool.

But sometimes i'm feeling down because my dream to be an engineer. I dunno if this position gives me a good career path.

I believe most LYN forumer work in IT, while most engineer/doctor/lawyer doesn't bother with this forum. So you see more data from high paid geeks.

  HAH! 50 hours per week which is only 10 hours a day (5 working days). Boy, some people work at least 12 hours a day with earning even lesser.

the medical card provided from my company is a normal one which used to claim all my medical expenses here. No idea is that any limit as i only used once due to fever in one of high-end clinic in city. consultation fee is rmb1.5k..

E&E engineering degree. considered electrical though? cause power and distribution i learned A to Z

rm0.50/km. Was thinking it's a good opportunity to switch from what am i current doing....

if can learn lots of things with proper guidance from senior i don't mind the salary. but if they leave every piece of shit for me to settle alone i think i will leave before probation ends.  the draw backs is switching from a big MNC company to a small firm
