Would like your opinion on a job offer I have at the moment.

But first, here are the details of my current job.

Job Title : Marketing Executive
Years spent in company : 4 years
Company : Jewellery
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : Executive
Experience before joining : 2 years
Highest paper qualification : Masters Degree in Marketing
Benefits : Bonus (1.25 mths), mobile phone allowance, mileage & medical
Salary : 4,350

I have a job offer from a regional Cosmetics & Fragrances company who are offering:

Job: Product Manager
Level: Manager
Basic: RM5200
Benefits: Petrol card, phone allowance, medical, performance and contracted bonus
I feel the offer is quite low for a managerial position and the job is basically a one man show with long hours. The pay does not commensurate with the job for sure. The company's final offer is this and  there was no negotiation at all.

The only upside to this is the managerial level position I would be getting which enhances my resume and advances my career.

What do you guys think? Should I take the offer?

freshgrad can straight-away go for L3?

basically i was l1-l2 support..somehow after 2 month..the job  shifted to another country..so we all absorbing to L3 team.. salary wont change and still probation..

Company : Small China Man Company
Industry : IT Hardware

salary : RM3900 (3 year never increase) 
Allowances: Petrol, tol, Vehicle maintenance, company accommodation and lunch.
Bonus: around 6 -7 months

But this company is a China man company with a lot of relative holding major position, looking for new job and try to move away from this kind of company again.

Well, ur pay is really underpaid but u have very good bonus =.=   

I would say that you earning are well paid for such age and taken from your previous experience. and 2 months bonus is totally good.
How old are you? it look like this is your 1st job after grad, working for 1 year and 6 months earn you about 2.5k, well, based on your job title and description, you are not doing something that is very difficult on completing your task, hence that why you been paid that figure. 

I am 24.. maybe I am to lazy to type description but what I do is public relation, and Digital marketing.. quite busy when there is campaign or launch of product. thats y am saying underpaid. anyway got another offer and will jump ship within 2 months. same position but extra myr700 basic

Just to share:

Petrosains: Learning Supervisor-Science Communicator: 2009-2012: RM2100-RM2900 + RM100/day (frequent outstation about few days a month)

IOSSB: Field Engineer-Field and Process Engineer: 2012-2014: RM3500-RM3675 + RM100/day-RM130/day (frequent outstation about 2 weeks a month)

MCS: Senior Inspection and Data Processing Engineer: 2014: RM4500 + USD125/day (frequent outstation 45 days in 2 months)

p/s: jumping jobs can push your monthly income (at reasonable period)...

i'm diploma fresh graduate...i got job as a service technician....paid for 1.1k+ allowance 200...i'm underpaid or not?
