Girls, are some of you myopic? As a myopic girl, i'm so upset about if i should wear contact lenses. I know it's bad for our eyes, but frame glasses can make our eyes deformation. What should i do?

You mean you are shortsighted and you have to wear glasses.
How high is your power? Majority of the people I know have shortsightedness, there's nothing much to complain about this.

If you wanna wear contacts, then wear them. Just make sure you know how to take care of your eyes when you wear contacts. What's with frame glasses can make our eyes deform? Please enlighten me on this.

Besides, there are many types of glasses frame out there, half frame, full frames, frameless, branded frames, thick frames. Some wear it as a fashion statement.
