japanese companies are easy during interviews..i've been in 2 big auto japanese companies since i started working..
just make sure u're clean and neat... and that u speak with respect and don't yak too much.. if possible, striaght to the point

also, honda is a good company to work for... so far aside from toyota, they're 2nd largest in japan.. also their bonus, increment, annual leave is comparable to that of toyota...

but are u plannign to work in the melaka manufacturing plant or sales office in PJ?

dealers are sales dealers (3S centers)...
dealer development is basically kaizen on current and new dealers
honda has a very strict rule on their dealers (outlook, service and maybe even price control)...

so i guess the dealer development would be to control, monitor and provide training for current and prospective dealers

this are all only my opinion
i have a friend doing this and i think it's an ok job

was ur friend a sales person (at dealers) ?
honda's requirement for salesman is quite high considering...
