SA need undertaking letter to confirm bank loan before they will order your car( dealer is paying first to get the car before bank release money to dealer )
Once dealer confirm bank loan and get undertaking letter frm bank, dealer will order the car, once car arrive with chasis number and engine number thy willbforward the particulars to bank to key in e-hakmilik so car can go register.
Looking at what you said, there should be a miscommunication between banker and sa or maybe someone is pushing blame of delay to another.
Try confirming with your banker had the hire purchase been approved or not. If yes, ask him immidiately forward the letter of undertaking to the dealer.

But the loan already signed, the bank doesnt seem to wanna send the letter of undertaking, isit necessary to get letter of undertaking from bank before releasing details of the car?

If thats the case the undertaking letter should be ready. Yes letter of undertaking is necessary because it is a formal letter by the bank to guarantee payment of the car towards the dealer. Example if dealer gt no letter frm the bank, thy use their own money to buy in the car from distributor and later on you forfeit the purchase. The car eould get stuck at their dealership and their money get stuck. So dealer must request undertaking letter from bank before getting the car in. Rlse once registered thn no one wanna pay dealer thry lose money.

that means the car is ready, they already have the car chassis number and engine number. you can get the car quickly after registration unless there are some problem with the car

Jpj half day only for receiving file.
Else they work until night time also cannot finish..
Bank will normally fax one copy Lou to dealer once loan approved.

My SA told me Bank has done the e-Hakmilik. What is the remaining necessary step before I get my car? Please advise, thanks.

the car dealer will get the car registered, and in one or two days ( depends on how quick they settle their job, and how many car the sold) you will get your car.

Patience..hehe..

JPJ is not reliable too.. Especially in Holiday Week ( Raya Haji )... so stay calm and focused..

Hi there? Is there really a need for the previous owner and the new owner to be present at JPJ during pertukaran hak milik? I'm buying a 2nd hand car. And I can't be in KL to do all this.

Car loan already approved and signed with the bank. LOU issued.

Please help to advise.

No need for both to be present at JPJ. The seller initiate the process at JPJ. You have to go to JPJ within 7 days to complete the process. Otherwise the ownership transfer is cancelled.
