This 2 days i experienced extreme slow download speed (8kb/s) for torrent download. Previous i manage to get 400kb/s. Still not reach my quote yet.

I'm using utorrent 3.3.2. Usually i will select bandwidth each time i start download, eg. UK, Paris. But this 2 days all the loacation server get slow speed (12kb/s) or no connection.

It's my setting wrong or celcom limit my torrent download speed ?

celcom i dunnoe got capped or not, but streamyx got capped, only midnight can run high speed. Normal time capped at 30 kbps

finally celcom capped torrentz. better solution is get non torrentz source.

Does celcom block p2p/torrent recently? mine is so slow at 3-5kbps max

just use vpn, just google for free vpn n try a few. the problem with torrent on celcom or other line is the ports. however, most free vpn doesnt come with opening port feature. good luck

me here sometimes fast sometimes slow... but notice massive slow down during peak hour but back to normal after 2am.
