Hi, anyone know what brand is the stock spark plug for 2.0 6speed? Is it iridium type?

I appreciate any help you can give me on some issues with my cat
Model : Forte 2.0
Year bought : 2012

1st issue:
My car sometimes cannot start. The key is fully charged, but when I press the start button, the battery will start, there will be AC, radio and everything, but the engine does not start. Happened a few times, and I tried both my keys. I sent it to the Kota damansara SC and they claimed that it is a brake sensor issue. They changed it but it is still happening.
The only way to start the car is to pres the start button like 30++ times. I showed the SC the video of it and they "blamed" me that I changed the battery with an outside workshop (which is reputable) and killed all the electronics, which I told them, if that's the case, then all cars will be fried. I told them that it is a lousy excuse, might as well say I pump air in gas station and spoil the suspension...

Is this a warranty issue? Can anyone advise me on what this issue is, where to solve it and how to get it solved?

2nd issue:
I have changed the air cond compressor as it had problems I.e. Boiling water sound + sometimes not working. However, now the air cond seems to be not cold enough. It is on the lowest setting now.

Did any of you guys experience this?
