I certainly agree with that bit. I am hoping that they take up more responsibility on the matter since the evidence has already been presented and it was their own guys that wiped it off, causing it not to be seen anymore. Also mainly due to the age of the vehicle, barely 3 months old when it happened, along with other issues that occurred with the auto transmission earlier.

Hopefully something comes out of it eventually...

Hi everyone,

I'm not a Forte owner but I need advice from Kia owners in general so I thought here's a good place to ask. My poor one month old Cerato kena accident 2 days ago (other driver's fault)    The damage is minor, a dent on the mudguard above the front right wheel. The other driver didn't want to claim insurance and is willing to pay for my repairs.

So I need some advice from anyone who can help. Does Kia have centres that do repairs and body work? From the Naza Kia website, how can i know which centres can do repairs? Is Kia themselves doing the work or will they send to panel workshops? Can anyone recommend a centre that is good based on personal experience? Also, would you recommend sending to a Kia centre or any outside body shop would do? My concern is whether outside shops will be able to match the same shade of paint (grey) as the rest of the car.

Just want to know, does anyone of you having issue with the windshield water hose (not sure with the correct term)?
The water didn't spray out or spray low, can't even reach the windscreen and after sent for service and repaired, this issue come again (after 2 - 3 months).
Is this thing so easily get damaged? never have such issue with other cars even almost 10 years.
Will ask them during my visit of service maintenance next month.

since bought already have that sound...happen only when driving 20-40kmh...after that tyre sound took over.

Need your help whether your car experience "gla gla gla" sound when you turn on air con and speed around 10km - 40km but when i turn off my air con, it doesnt have any "gla gla gla" sound at all....

Mine might be different sound from yours (might be different case also). So i need to hear it to confirm that the gla gla gla sound is the same sound with my car. i felt that mine is not so obviously heard but your is so annoying..maybe our issue is not the same. I believe that mine is normal..but the same might not be applicable to u & others
