sorry, i dont know abt photography..
i thought bokeh is different kind of blur. your pic i dont know we can call it bokeh or not..
maybe sumbody can explain what bokeh looks like..

Yes "bokeh" I'd say is an overabused term generally used for shallow depth of field, or background blur. People usually refer to bokeh only for extreme shallow depth of field, but technically his image have some background blur as well.

Maybe because i've set it quite low? Using lens blur mode in google camera..you can set the level of blurness tho..i've set it around a quarter because for me its just nice..anyway good to have somebody to share thoughts to..

Thing is you can get background blur effect doing macro shots easily without any special software and stuff. Google's camera blur effect is meant to digitally create an image with perceived shallow depth of field by combining a few images which can't be had from a single shot. A good demonstration of this feature would be like in the article where a portrait of a person is shot. The image with the blur mode looks like it was taken by a DSLR with a wide aperture lens.
