That's a Tibetan Mastiff. A couple of my friends have them. They,like most cold climate dogs lose their coat and bulk here and adapt. His doesn't live on a piece of land but goes for daily walks. For a proper show line one...say frm the US then yes,abt 3k USD inclusive of shipping for a puppy.He got his off some farm outside of the city in China. Cost him a few hundred USD and a few goats
