Frame skipping in Dota 2

I'm not sure where should I go for help, but I have a GT740m laptop and 4GB RAM new laptop, having frame skipping when playing dota 2 when I play with bots in a created lobby. However, no lag at all in 'practice with bots' mode. Any idea? Ping is normal ust over 20ms.
