You would enjoy the Pebble. I used it initially with an iPhone with IOS 7 beta. It works better than OS6, but it is still crippled. Now the updated version for iOS 7 is good. But android system liberalizes the Pebble and allows it to ' be all it wants to be '

Watch for the soon to be released firmware 2.0 as even more functions are cooked in. Well, that is another discussion all together. Using it with Note 3 is a pleasure.

Depends on what you want from your smart watch. If you just want/need basic functions like notifications and to avoid missing calls, then Pebble will do the job well (also other basic functions like music control, etc.). Among all smart watches currently available, Pebble has the best battery life. Also, pebble is the cheapest.

However, if you want to do more than that (taking/viewing pictures, coloured screen, etc.), then you might need to look elsewhere. I think the best bet now is probably the Gear as Samsung seems to be providing good support and constantly updating it.

Just gotten my new Note 3 yesterday..i am currently trying to root with RDLV method and am stuck at downloading the AP and CSC files.

i had downloaded the firmware from Sammobile but only gotten these files instead after unzip:

This couple of days I encounter a problem on my celcom 3G network or my phone. When I was on 3G, H+, or E I can't use gmail, facebook, google play and chrome. There is no incoming connection. However whatsapp, fb messenger, wechat, coc supercell game and samsung app store have incoming traffic. Website on chrome show unable to connect proxy server. I tried restart my phone but couldn't help.
