So is this a common issue to previous note models? and even in note 3?

Should I or not worry about it?
*
personally I wouldn't worry but if you are a color purist you might hate it.

And why are you watching stuff in a dark room brows.gif

Yea that screen, but screenshot is useless when u put here. U need to view ur own phone in a dark room. If u cant see any difference of the color tones then i guess u got a perfect one.
Try changing back to default theme b4 u view

I never seen any differences previously also. So I am ok with it. smile.gif

Go to the Note 2 thread, page 1, post 5 there's a link about Black Clipping and a sample image. Use that to test.

Actually the main reason I want to root because I want to install AdAway.
Since AdBlock Plus really sucks my FB connection so badly!

Another thing I want to make my SMS text smaller. Is it possible?

After all, is it worth it to continue rooting my phone? Huhu..
*
Rooting gives you full control over your phone. For SMS text smaller, just press the Vol - button in the settings and text will get smaller.

i think i just want to make the text smaller though most of you found the text is smaller enough.

i have rooted my phone successfully and install AdAway, so easy one-step rooting, thank Kingo.

so any other solutions to smaller sms text? i've seen several font app in playstore, has anyone tried it?

Oh no! Just noticed that actually it's not really working perfectly.

It's because the long text wasn't distributed fairly on the horizontal part. sad.gif

So, any workaround? Huhu..

Well, sometimes it's hard to mess with the stock apps coz they may have other dependencies. Either you live with it or revert to original settings.

My stock keyboard also has the subsymbols messed up in landscape mode but I'm ok with the minor annoyance.
