Just gotten my new Note 3 yesterday..i am currently trying to root with RDLV method and am stuck at downloading the AP and CSC files.

i had downloaded the firmware from Sammobile but only gotten these files instead after unzip:

No luck in finding the AP and CSC files..any idea how i could extract them?

I think my mistake was flashing TWRP recovery. Flashing recovery will void Knox warranty (I guess)

Guys, wanna ask if anyone know what is the muic wake lock as shown in the ss.  I try to Google it but didn't find any results.

you may follow the link for research
in short, the wakelock is there during your device connected thru usb and exist to make sure your device is awake while connecting. so in a really short way, you can dismiss it as it does not deplete you battery

I'm still getting a very high battery usage in Android OS. After 13.5hours on battery, I'm left with 66% wth SOT of 1h16m, and battery consumption is 28%

Android OS is second in the list which consumed 26%. CPU total is 55m and stya awake for 32m.

Previously Android OS consumption on battery is very low, not sure since when it is so high. BBS reading shows my phone is awake for 2h44m in this 13.5hours, which I find is still quite ok. I'm still investigating on this matter. Not sure is it because of the custom abyss kernel or what

Good morning,  everyone. I manage to root my Note 3 last night,  without tripping KNOX. Thanks for the help. However,  I notice that my phone is slightly lag (when I swipe from one page to the other), not as smooth as the stock ROM without rooting. Is this normal?

Besides, I can't get my status fake to official by using Wanam Exposed,  am I missing something?

Oh,  I see. You are referring to that for the script. Actually the ROM itself is a zip file with de La vega.zip. And Odin flash tool. So,  I think the zip and the script download link can be removed, can't they? However, do leave the Odin link active, as the Odin that comes with the ROM file can't flash CSC. This is my experience to share.  :-)
