are using it with dolphin jetpack?
it is common issue being reported at their g+ community
disabling jetpack help but beware of the slow speed of web loading because jetpack does make dolphin load faster
Protip: When waiting for the page to load completely, touch at the webpage anywhere and it will load instantaneously

Just slightly delay without Jetpack switch on

It look pretty awesome and solid than original S View Cover.
Note 3 is pretty slim, the bulky add on look still nice, I can accept Otterbox Commuter, means this still under acceptable level to me.

To better test it, clear all the cookies,cache and everything before each test

Neo Hybrid is slim but I prefer much on SlimArmor actually due to the build quality. The Neo Hybrid button slightly loose.
