Blame Hasbro Malaysia since they're skimping on the sponsorship. The organizers can only do so much since there aren't really any well known local toy manufacturer. Even if they manage find someone to produce the exclusive figure Habro wouldn't have allow it due to licensing issues.

I got it from ACE Hardware before and its the only place I managed to find it so far

just liquid, once it dry it forms a hard surface like laquer
it's also washable in case you made it too tight
use a brush to dab into the joint

won't that's why alot of collector recommend

well damn.. the dinos are rather good looking.. not so sure about drift though, i think it's mainly due to that ridiculous head design
