ROTF/DOTM Optimus Prime is a very well engineered piece (even compared to ALL third party companies), imagine if it's never released by Hasbro/Takara, but by some third party companies, I guess everyone will just rush in to buy it even if it's priced at rm1500. then only can feel proud of owning it.
All the crazy pricing of third party stuffs, made Hasbro/Takara even more daring to price their products, like APS and MPM series. This is the vicious cycle which in the end hurts only the consumers.

Ooo fort max is actually one G1 thing that I want to get, when it came out last time, I couldn't find it for purchase in Malaysia (maybe my parents saw the price and hid it from me hehe). In my time, the most convenient shopping place to get toys was the Parksons in Atria/Subang Parade and the TRU in Subang Parade (I believe this came a little bit later) so not much options. I still want to get the Encore fort max but I think my wife will kill me hehe and it's not easy to hide!
