My wild guess is that the one on top is KO and below is original. I differentiate it using the Takara Tomy logo which the KO one, the color are not bright and doesn't look 'pop out'. Same goes to the color red and yellow.

im extremely not satisfied with it. but maybe its just my unit 

too many defects

Defects List
1) cassete dock is loose. after u click the button it wont eject nicely. u need to use ur hand to pull down the dock
2) right hand arm. very hard to put in (during the transformation) and now, i cant even pull it out
3) logo doesnt fit nicely to the chest. need to press damn hard to force it to fit
4) right leg stuck. during transformation where u need to click a button on the leg to push it in, it's stuck

PS : i had soundwave (TRU) version and it doesnt have any issue of the above.

AFAIK there are still scale comparison with the MP line for the KFC UM right? But at around 500ish i'm guessing he's more of city commander size?
