They come down charge you RM1000 per trip? Then your CC surely out of KL area, according to some info from my friend. If your CC in Penang and need them to come up north, and if they didn't charge you a penny, then surely I'll get that system (if such company exist, surely that company already bankrupt, haha...) Now i still cannot see any small or big or medium company can provide any "free" after sales services...haha... Just think on it - if you selling DDS solutions then will you come to KL support without charging a penny??? If can solve by phone, why need to call them down? Anyway, if you use hard disk and you got major virus, you also will close business until you fully cloned all your harddisk. So what's the difference?
Btw, do they charge you for phone support? I wanna know coz I'm considering to use DDS.
