The one with unique color names? Like blue or yellow yeah?
*
Champion - Monster pack with blue glow & blue name. Gives Nephalem Valor (If you're Level 60)

Rare - Monster pack with yellow/gold glow & yellow name. Gives NV

Unique - Monster with Purple Color name. Has yellow/gold glow. Some of them are needed for an achievement. Does not gives NV

Super Unique - Same as above, but they are story mode monster or bosses. For example, Nigel Cutthroat in Act 1 & Izual in Act 4.

I see.. No wonder so hard like steelĀ  vmad.gif

Um..About the loots for rares and legendaries, they are affected by the mode ?
*
Loots are "bound" by difficulties. For example, you only can get certain legendary on normal. Same goes for Nightmare, Hell, & Inferno. There will be changes on this in the future patch "Loot 2.0"

Magic Find (mf) also plays a semi-important role in finding good loot. The higher mf you have; the higher chances of you finding a good roll items. (not the chances of getting legendary).

Some said if you have 500% MF; monster you kill will have 5% to drop legendary items. 5% seems to be high, but the way Diablo calculate droprate doesn't work that way. It goes through a set of calculation whether it will drop pots or gold or item. When it drops item, it will goes through another set of calculation to determine the item's grade and so on. Search for "Diablo 3 Magic Find explanation" on Youtube for more info.

In order to farm items , we need a certain set with % MF / gold etc right?

It reminds me like cabal haha
*
Yeah, but if you focus too much on MF/GF gear.. you'll loose dps. Best advice is just play through the game normally. When you hit Lvl 60, you'll gain Paragon Level. Plvl gives stat bonuses and 3% MF/GF per level. Monster Power difficulties also gives you extra MF/GF nod.gif

There are few good low-leveled legendaries. Namely Leoric's Signet, Buriza-do-Kyanon.. and few that I can't recall for now. hmm.gif
They could sell for few millions on auction house.

is there any critical cap in this game?
*
There's no limit on Critical Damage and Critical Chance for now. It will be limited soon in Reaper of Souls

datamined from Reaper of Souls. Hopefully they'll change it.

Also, interesting description. "..from items"
Maybe it the new paragon system can break this "cap"

How much crit to achieve each hit crits?

What class are you playing? Imho, CC around 45% is good. Of course the more the better, but not too much until gives disadvantages to you gear. Have to keep everything balance cool.gif

^around 45% should be enough. Don't worry much about gear for now. Quickly get to 60!

Of course craft it yourself will be cheaper. Level your artisan and blacksmith to level 10 (max).

Higher tier gem you need to learn from plans. Those plan are drop from monster. You can buy them from AH (it's quite cheap)

Same goes for blacksmith. You need to learn from plans. Buy your stat plan from the AH. Plan such as "Archon Gauntlet of Dexterity" is good for your monk.
