if u in Malaysia, US server is the best in term of connection/ ping. Many players afk/ not leveling... after u enter Inferno, maybe the numbers will rise. If u new to this game (and not buying gold), pick all yellow, blue and legendaries. Just ignore the white items.

Most LYNers play in US server. I play both US and EU servers.. How to leveling?.. keep playin for sure .. Diablo 3 have 4 difficulties, Normal, Nightmare, Hell and Inferno.. and wise man said, real diablo 3 game start in Inferno

if u have nice group, play in party better. if not just play solo. as a new player, I suggest u play normal first.. hardcore onli have 1 life, can onli die one time..

bcos Inferno is the highest difficulty. More experience and the best loot in Diablo3 drop onli in Inferno.

paragon is leveling system after your hero reach level 60... maximum is Paragon Level 100 for now.. PL1000 means having 10 heroes with Paragon Level100

for low level, get a highest dps you can afford and if u can, as a Monk get Dexterity too..

use RMAH (little bid expensive)

get some gold first then ask someone to build it for you

u need base gears for farming DEs and some stuffs... try get 500mil-1bil (maybe more) depending on your target..monk a bit expensive to build (well balance build) especially if build with all buyout option.. need luck for deals in AH too..

for Inferno farming, need more adjustment... not onli that stats.. stats like CC, CHD, LS, ias... etc very important too.. if u not sure about acronym, refer here: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2804276

actually there are some ways to build a monk... some player like EF, some are not... some prefer 2H weapon, some like DW or SnB...etc... you decide first what is your route.. discussion about what is the best build/ best gears etc might become "hot"
