I just moving back from my hometown. Start working with ICIMB group since 1 October 2013 but my contract under agency. My basic salary RM1500+210 shift allowance without OT. My monthly commitment only RM209 for my motorcycle. 

AM I qualified to apply credit card. I know new rules need basic minimum RM2000. Anyone here can help me?
