some lan si people will toss the wrappers on the ground. they should be fined for littering, not for eating sweets. but the guy or the company's logic is not flawed. if you allow sweets where does it end? chocolate bars, candy bars, etc. you will still get crumbs and dirt and annoy other people who prefer it clean.
