hii all..i'm here coz wanna to help..this cheaters called "tipu",so why dont lets d police dept handle this..if u got a proove,just lodge a police report.this case will investigate under sec 420 KK,under "tipu" section..u got a photo of criminal,so its easy to police take an action,police dept can track anybody anywhere,like some word said " u can run but u cant hide"it's a simple ways for police to track people,just they may take an action depend how much serious it's case,like emergency dept at hospital,why they opened emergency dept?n how they handle the injured case,its same to d police dept,if eveybody lodge a report for same people,d action will take asap,they also need some clue to investigate d case,now u all got d clue,why not give it to police,let him stay in jail for several years.d criminal got kwsp account,d account updated everytime u change your job adress,thats only 1 way i can tell here how police track criminal..n there is 100 ways they got.
