Yeah....I eat fruits everyday for health reason. Usually I consume only fruits for breakfast. Today I had star fruit for breakfast. I also plant few papaya trees around my house. Papaya is very easy to plant. Someday I gonna be a 100 percent raw food dieters.

Oh yea, starfruit, long time never whack already. Can't really recall back those fruits I ate last time.

But last time the one I whack the most is Guava.

Green apple vs Red apple? Hmmm, the green ones taste sour, the flesh is nicer than the red ones though, but damn frickin' small. doh.gif

Some people claimed that eating Papayas, will make your eyes grow bigger, is it true? unsure.gif

I don't about this but I do know that raw foods like papaya, tomato, melons etc make your skin look radiant and youthful...

I've seen old men who eat nothing but fruits and they don't have grey hairs !!

Many ppl say that we have to take meat for protein but I see the gorilla in the jungle are vegetarian but they are more muscular than humans....

In one week, there will be at least 5-6 days where i take fruits.

I simply love oranges and apples and guavas, they form the bulk of my fruit consumption.

Payayas, apples, pears, chinese pears rotate daily. Seasonal fruits depend on the season. Bananas, star fruits, water-melon sometimes. Bananas and star fruits not advisable to eat everyday. Can harm your kidney.

well not really, vegetables, meats, grains etc etc contain vitamins. one could live a relatively good life without ever touching(eating) a fruit.

i was told that vit-c (or whatever nutrients) on fruits for today is very little compared to lasttime becoz due to bad agricultural methods..

the best is to buy organic based fruits (but they are damn expensive)...

can any1 confirm this?

my brother has only eaten a handful of fruits in his life, he doesnt like them, hes over 20, hes still very much alive and healthy.

post an article stating that one who never eats fruits will die. i doubt you'd actually find anything close as meats, vegetables and other foods contain the vitamins and nutrients required for a human to survive.

when you can prove that never eating fruits can cause death, i'll prove that it wont, till then you keep your unresearched comments away and i'll do the same kk? rolleyes.gif

Munch. My fave food. I'll happily live on fruit alone if possible. Usually gobble whatever parents lay in stock, oranges, green apples (i hate red), local fruits, anything sweet and juicy rclxm9.gif

average intake 1x fruit after meal, and fruits as snacks throughout the day, say every 4 hours. Depending on what's currently available, my fruit intake can range from none to 2-3 kilos per day
