many more hidden increase is yet to come. there are pro and cons to it.
Not to forget about the following that add burden 1) increasing BLR (increase blr 0.50 up soon) 2) increasing Electricity (in talking to increase of 26% next year) 3) Increasing petrol (propose to uplift subsidy and free float base on market price) forever arguing about petrol price yearly. wasting $$ widening road, allocate more parking space etc also no use whereby traffic jam getting worst. spending at traffic jam at least few hours to and flow wasting time and $$ on petrol. the root of the problem is petrol. Those who can afford to pay petrol price can drive else find alternate ways/ or stay nearer to work place. Just like singaporean uses public transport (only rich people can afford car and parking space) also can go to work. there is definately pros and cons to everything. different group of people want different thing. so cannot acomodate them all to suit them. To curb worsening traffic jam, petrol price will be the best way. alot of people wasting alot of time and $$ indirectly on just traffic jam daily. some even worst 6 hours daily on traffic jam. see how productive people nowadays 4) Increasing Assesment ( in progress already) 5) Difficult to get loan 6) GST 7) Housing loan have to paid up by 10 years This post has been edited by mlpk: Nov 16 2013, 01:28 AM |

QUOTE(fazlythewarrior @ Nov 15 2013, 07:56 PM) Then gov said ini kadar tak bebankan rakyat, then approve, PR bising2, then suddenly koyak usul dalam dewan, then PM terpaksa turun semula kadar, then he said "kita mendahulukan rakyat", then BN profit. I dont think it will happen time, coz those 'solving self inflicted crisis to prove UMNO listen/love the people' only happen during election time, others, they just fucuk the people.Nampak tak drama itu? |

many companies is implementing/hiring employee workers staying near the work place. to avoid late comers and better productivity/efficiency and not to waste time.
public transport is getting stuffy and people in it getting impatient and tired due to standing long hours in the bus at traffic jam. have to wake up early and go back late to avoid traffic jam but the traffic jam is getting worst. raining lagi teruk cannot even go back flood etc just treat it like working in overseas, use public transport or rent place nearer to work place.
