For competitive gaming, I have seen techies being played in solo mid roles. Controlling runes and punishing early game pushes. Not sure how well will it be suited for current meta - midas gaming style. However, I can foresee techies in competitive gaming as the ulti is really strong. All he need is just a good early game.

btw, my friend said 5k ranking is like pro level (mushi etc) while 4k (dendi) is above average, going downwards = mediocre, below average, newbie. true?
