I cant activate my Favor item that I just bought from Store Anyone facing the same thing?

A source game with cl_update 20(low network settings in dota2) will consume like 10-15KB/s down and 3-4KB/s up so theoretically it should be fine, excluding interference of signal etc.

But there is also choke and packet loss you need check out(u need to enable console and net_graph 3 to see them). A slow network will cause choke(queued), packet might not be dropped. But a really bad network will cause the packet to be dropped because the packet is already expired/useless.
