his 1 of the tourney organizer so he can might able to help u to launch your hud along with some new sea tourney in the future

basicly if u solo to launch that hood ingame will be damm hard
promoting it to ppl also quite hard for valve to approve

so if u want the easiest way is to go with ticket + hud
that 1 quite easy la for valve to approve
