You just need to be watching the game in dota 2 client and if you are lucky you will get the item. Doesnt matter if you have to buy the ticket or its free. Able to watch it in the tournament tab = potential getting item (which is very very very very slim depending on viewers)

dude is it just me ping 100ms or any1 else cuz i play tf2 l4d2 cs go at e-club server all ping 20-40 ms in early morning ping was ok like 50 ms but in evening 100
