But one thing cons about this will be the in and out. No other alternative route except with the new interchange, meaning toll in and out.

SEH is better in term of accessibility compare with this

I can says its faster and easier because u can use the smart tunnel.

Lekas > SILK > Sungai Besi Plus > Smart > KLCC. Easy as 1 2 3

No u get it wrong. Look closely for the master plan. The only access must be from the new interchange by their own. There are no other current small trunk roads available.

U got the point? Of course i know everywhere also must use toll lah. But must have alternative.

where got trick trick? SILK highway (bayar for 2 tolls) exit from Kajang but turn in to Bangi - KL Plus interchange, then pay rm1.80 at Plus sg Besi toll, then proceed to Smart tunnel with rm2. Wah Lah, just in time for TGV movie at KLCC brows.gif

Yeah, agree, bangi is the next big thing to hit due to LEKAS. Always in my radar.

But my boss just not willing to scout and look for land there. Typical mindset.
