yawor, toll and petrol sibeh not cheap. sibeh worry if go kl.

australia people now start to move back to city or closer to city... even smaller space also don't mind liao.
coz the petrol, long distance public transport not cheap liao and also city parking...1 day parking at city centre can cost them up to aus80. save save save.

but more people will choose public transport.
you sibeh got option..unless you can pay sibeh high parking rate.
nobody stop anyone not to park. as long as you can pay city parking rate.

petrol 20KM or 10KM? aiya during working hour when u almost reach also jam sama sama jialat only. only different is long distance + jam later... add on only.

this is not should or should not lar....is a option for people.
you can stay as far as you like. as long as you can pay higher cost of transport.
just recently look like the aussie people change lifestyle due to higher petrol, city car park rate and long distance transport fee.... and more people come back stay somewhere closer to city.

ic. is 20km smooth traffic. rm4 per trip.
hope next type of elertic or hybrid car can replace. save more.
car park naik harga ler. not evryone can afford to park at city. car park keep naik harga.
my city condo now 2nd car park rate from rm80 jump to rm150 per month liao. 3rd car park start from rm180.
stay closer take mrt or lrt can save 5 days car park fee.

jam not the issue. every jam. just the long distance and keep increase transport and living cost.
see can balance boh. sound good. but come to reality not easy.
in future good to see if it very can sustain for this far away township which is out of klang valley zone.

some of my friend who stay in setia alam landed corner unit... start to move back to PJ condo after few year and have family.
too much hassle from setia alam come to kl and pj for work. this start to let me rethink. whether it work boh for the township sibeh far from kl?

maybe 10 years + when semenyih become like what PJ 10 years ago.

at most klang valley soon they have more option mah. lrt and mrt can go. no need just drive car.

not about can never work lar. macam u decide and make conclusion liao.
need more time on travel lor u sendiri oledi mention lo.
which people think whether it worth it or not lor for long run.
in return u get the G&G landed house but far away from kl. instead of condo at kl, pj or klang valley which most people can only afford...in exchange shorter distant + better public transport system.

puchong place got cyberjaya, putrajaya and subang not far away as booster.
also reasonable distant to kl + lrt connect from puchong, subang to kl.
and puchong is part of the klang valley. PJ also and even have MRT.

semenyih pretty hard to reach macam puchong or PJ. for next 5-10 years.
but only nice and decent lifestyle G&G landed.

aiyo. lrt of coz later when complete lar. oledi buidling there mah. unless only talk nothing there.

which part of puchong to klcc? and puchong soon to have lrt. more easy to reach many townships, masjid jamek. for interchange and so on.

not so similar.. but semenyih consider still ok to putrajaya but a bit far to cyberjaya. still need to pass kajang and bangi.

and puchong locate at more west middle of klang valley. which make it better position. semenyih is east south and out of klang valley. but also consider closest to klang valley.

semenyih closer to kajang east and cheras south east.
but kajang and especially cheras got well mrt connection in future.
