EcoWorld set up very big booth there.
Got 20*70 , 22*70, 22*75 and 24*75. They will also launch semi-D (cluster).
Tentatively will launch May or June. The SA ask us to stay tune.

Yup, the SA told me no clubhouse, but will have a sports complex.
This will lower down the maintenance fee per month.

They are working on the show unit now.
Not sure how it will look actually, but from their Ipad, it looks classy.
Overall concept also super nice. Wow!!!

They will also be selling empty land to build banglos on our own.

I agree with you on the restriction constraint for renovating or installing solar panel is somewhat frustrating.
Although it is your house, but you still need to seek approval.
This is for the good of the whole township.

Just imagine, if everyone paint different colour, it would be quite wierd.
You might pick a normal paint, but your joker neighbours might pick purple, highlight green, glow in the dark orange or some other funny paint. And some jokers might also renovate the house with "exquisite" taste.
Give and take if we are to live in condo/strata landed property loh.


And the garden in the backyard (backlane behind the house) is not personal property.
It is a public area, maintained by Management.
You cannot plant pandan leaves, or coconut trees there.
But inside your own compound of 20*70 or 24*75, you can plant whatever you like.
